Pastor Chris:
Hi! I’m Chris La Londe and I have been pastor here at Bethany since October
2004 having recently moved here from Cleveland. My husband, Paul, is a senior
research and design engineer for USG Interiors in Libertyville. We have two adult
children - Jeff and Meg who both live near Cleveland. As a lifelong resident of Ohio,
I received my B.A. from Cleveland State University and a Master of Divinity from
Ashland Theological Seminary where I earned summa cum laud honors as class
valedictorian All that took me almost 13 years where I was pronounced fluent in
Greek, Hebrew.
I enjoy interior home design, reading every new bestseller that comes along,
traveling to sunny beaches, going to the cinema, and being owned by my German
Shepherd and two frisky felines. My husband’s favorite hobby is making
reproduction fine furniture. His masterpieces include a Plantation Rice Canopy Bed
and a Pencil Post Bed.
